Just like some food is bad for your waistline, so too are some foods bad for your braces. These foods aren’t necessarily harmful to your teeth alone, but due to the nature of the metal brackets and wires on your teeth during orthodontic treatment, they can present a few problems.

Anything sticky

How could popcorn be a bad food for you when wearing braces? Well, everything else about it is safe except for the kernels. Those kernels can get lodged between teeth, or between orthodontic hardware and your teeth.
